This Privacy Notice describes how GIFT365™, Inc. (collectively, “GIFT365™,” “we,” and “us”) collects, uses, discloses, transfers, stores, retains, or otherwise processes your information when you (“you,” “your”) download GIFT365™ through a relevant app store and sign up for a GIFT365™ account and other services through the app.

This Privacy Notice applies to your use of our Services and covers only information collected in connection with your access to and use of our Services. Please read this Privacy Notice carefully. By continuing to interact with our Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

Deletion Process:

You may request to delete your GIFT365™ account at any time. However, before we can process your request, all funds in your wallet must be fully withdrawn. Once your balance is zero, you can initiate the deletion request through the app settings or by contacting our support team or gift@thegift.giving For security purposes, we may require identity verification before proceeding. Upon successful verification, we will delete your account and associated personal data, except for any information we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes
